BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Idaho officials say more people entering the job market bumped up Idaho's unemployment rate from 3.8 to 3.9 percent in May. POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — The Pocatello City Council has rejected a request from Idaho State University to spend about $10,000 to replace orange and black Bengals paw prints on streets. The school told the city council it would pay for $9,000 of the estimated $19,000 price tag.
