LOS ANGELES (AP) — Guard Shaqquan Aaron has transferred to Southern California from Louisville and will have three years of eligibility remaining starting with the 2016-17 season.
Aaron played in 23 games for the Cardinals last season, making two starts, and averaged 1.3 points and 7.2 minutes. At Rainier Beach High in Seattle, the 6-foot-7 Aaron averaged 19.7 points, 8.5 rebounds and 7.5 assists in leading his team to the Class 3A title for the second straight year.
Aaron's brother, Shaddean, played basketball at Mercer from 2004-08. Their father Carl played pro basketball in Australia.
