BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Police in Boise say they've arrested a man accused of sliding his phone under dressing room doors to take photos and video of women at two businesses. Police say workers at one clothing store called them Sunday to say employees, store security and reported victims had witnessed the man's actions. Officers arrested Andrew Dongmin Kim of Meridian for investigation of three counts of video voyeurism.
BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A van carrying four people crashed into a pancake restaurant in Boise. KTVB-TV reports that the man driving the van and a man with him suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the mishap at The Original Pancake House restaurant yesterday afternoon. Police say they were taken to a hospital. Two other passengers suffered minor injuries. Police say restaurant was closed and no one was inside.
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (AP) — Youth services in northern Idaho are changing as two organizations in Coeur d'Alene announced major changes. The Coeur d'Alene Press reports that Crosswalk North Idaho, a youth drop-in center and outreach program, announced it is closing. Idaho Youth Ranch is discontinuing residential drug and alcohol treatment for teen boys at its Anchor House program in Coeur d'Alene.
SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A strong spring storm has brought heavy rain, thunder, lightning and some hail to areas of eastern Washington and north Idaho. In areas north of Spokane and around Coeur d'Alene, Avista Utilities reported that hundreds of customers temporarily lost power last night. The National Weather Service says the Coeur d'Alene airport measured nearly 1½ inches of rain in less than an hour.
