WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) — Wake Forest has reinstated Madison Jones from an offseason suspension from all basketball-related activities.
Coach Danny Manning suspended the rising senior in March. He didn't specify a reason then, saying that Jones "needs to make better decisions and earn his way back."
Manning issued a statement Wednesday lifting the suspension, saying the guard has "made great strides."
Jones started six of 32 games played during his junior season, averaging 4.7 points, 3.0 assists and 21 minutes.
