MIAMI (AP) — The Miami Marlins have a news conference set today to name a new manager in time for the start of a four-game series against Arizona. Mike Redmond was fired yesterday after the team's 16-22 start that has them fourth in the five-team NL East.

TORONTO (AP) — It's Victoria Day in Canada and the Blue Jays are celebrating with an afternoon game against the Angels. Toronto will be trying to snap out of a five-game losing streak. The Angels go with C.J. Wilson, who is 2-2 but has a 1.25 ERA in his last three road starts.

NEW YORK (AP) — Mets ace Matt Harvey tries for the third time to earn his sixth win of the season when New York hosts St. Louis in the opener of a series between division leaders. He's 0-2 against the Cardinals, the only team he's lost to twice in the majors. Jon Lackey tries to shake off his road woes for the Cardinals. He's 0-1 with a 5.82 ERA in three road starts.

NEW YORK (AP) — Game 2 of the NHL Eastern Conference final goes tonight in New York with the Rangers leading Tampa Bay 1-0. New York takes a streak of 15 one-goal playoff games into tonight's meeting.

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) — Minjee Lee finished up the final holes of a 6-under 65 this morning to win the weather-delayed Kingsmill Championship for her first victory on the LPGA Tour. The 18-year-old Australian finished two shots in front of So Yeon Ryu (soh yahn yoo), who closed with a 67. UCLA star Alison Lee finished another shot back.
