LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police say a man was killed in an apparent drug-related shooting early Saturday in the backyard of a Las Vegas home.

Officers responded to a Yuma Avenue home about 12:30 a.m. to find the man lying in the backyard.

Investigators say the victim was shot multiple times during a confrontation with other men in the backyard.

The suspects fled, and no arrests were immediately made.

The victim, whose name wasn't immediately released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
