WASHINGTON (AP) — The Atlanta Hawks and Washington Wizards are squaring off tonight in the sixth game of their NBA Eastern Conference semifinal. The visiting Hawks top the series 3-2 so a win would clinch them a spot in the conference finals against Cleveland.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Golden State's Warriors are looking to finish off the Grizzlies tonight in Memphis. The Warriors took a 3-2 series lead with wins in the last two games. If Memphis were to win tonight, the seventh game would be played Sunday in Oakland.

UNDATED (AP) — The shot clock in men's college basketball might be cut back. The NCAA Men's Basketball Rules Committee has recommended reducing the shot clock from 35 to 30 seconds with an eye on speeding up the game.

NEW YORK (AP) — Bartolo (bar-TOH'-loh) Colon of the Mets is off to a great start to the season. The veteran righty is 6-1 on the season with a 3.30 earned run average with 40 strikeouts and just one walk allowed. Tonight Colon takes to the mound against the visiting Milwaukee Brewers.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — Tom Brady is looking to call Commissioner Roger Goodell (guh-DEHL') as a witness in his appeal of the four-game suspension he was handed for "Deflategate." That could pose an interesting conflict as Goodell is the man who is hearing the appeal.

UNDATED (AP) — The 2016 Indianapolis 500 might have its first all-female team. Driver Katherine Legge (leg) is teaming with veteran motorsports executive Beth Paretta to form an organization that hopes to be at the 100th running of the showcase race.
