LOWER BURRELL, Pa. (AP) — An 86-year-old Pennsylvania woman with dementia who disappeared over the weekend has been found dead in the passenger seat of her next-door neighbor's pickup truck.

The Westmoreland County coroner's office tells the (Tarentum) Valley News Dispatch (http://bit.ly/1K4fMCo ) that it appears Sheila Creevey died of natural causes. But an autopsy will be conducted given the unusual circumstances surrounding her death.

Creevey's family and police had been searching for her since Saturday after she apparently wandered away from her home in Lower Burrell. Creevey's family says she had dementia and was taking a new medication.

Lower Burrell Police Chief Tim Weitzel says the investigation suggests Creevey had not been in the vehicle the entire time she was missing. Her neighbor found her body Tuesday morning.
