SALISBURY, Md. (AP) — A Salisbury University fraternity will remain suspended through the spring 2017 semester because of a hazing incident involving students.
The Daily Times (http://delmarvane.ws/1JMj1yk ) reports the university announced March 31 that Phi Beta Sigma's suspension will last until the summer of 2017.
Documents obtained by the paper through a Freedom of information Act request show the suspension was for allegations of paddling potential new members, forcing them to drink and giving false information to police when the college began its investigation.
