BURLEY, Idaho (AP) — Cassia County Commissioners in south-central Idaho say they twice violated the state's open meetings law.

The Times-News reports (http://bit.ly/1bAHlV1) that the commissioners on Wednesday also denied violating the law four other times.

Chairman Dennis Crane says commissioners didn't try to do anything wrong but determined they hadn't done everything right.

The commissioners say the violated the law on Feb. 25 when they called for an executive session that wasn't on the agenda.

The commissioners say they violated the law again on April 13 concerning a transfer of money.

The commissioners declared that action null and void and have rescheduled it for a meeting on Monday.
