Corbin's Grille in Layton is now open for Sunday Brunch. Chef Jimbo Snarr has created a whole new menu for customers. Some items of the menu include trout spinach salad, crepes, benedicts, omelets and biscuits and gravy. Brunch hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
