LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities have identified a 31-year-old Las Vegas man shot and killed in an argument over a gambling game at a weekly rental motel as Androples Lewis.
The Clark County coroner's office said Friday that Lewis died of multiple gunshots, and the case was ruled a homicide.
Police say they're looking for a black man in his 20s with long dreadlocks and gaps in his front teeth in the shooting about 10:30 p.m. Thursday at the motel on Boulder Highway near Flamingo Road.
Investigators say the fatal argument happened on a second-floor stair landing. They haven't confirmed reports that it was about a dice game.
