BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A private prison company formerly operating in Idaho has settled a lawsuit with a nurse who contended she was fired for filing a sexual harassment complaint.

The Idaho Statesman reports (http://bit.ly/1LDm4ay) in a story on Tuesday that Corrections Corporation of America settled the lawsuit Michelle Pierce filed in February 2014.

Terms of the settlement weren't disclosed.

Pierce, a nurse at the Idaho Correctional Center south of Boise, contended that she told a female supervisor she was having difficulty getting officers to accompany her to distribute medication to inmates.

Pierce says in the complaint that the supervisor told her to be more flirtatious and the officers would do whatever she wanted.

The complaint also said an officer blocked her exit from one area and asked to see and touch her breasts.
