This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City has been a Utah icon for many years. And it's still catching national attention. Last November, Stein Eriksen Lodge was named the World's Best Ski Hotel and the United States Best Ski Hotel at the World Ski Awards. This is quite an honor especially considering they were up against hotels out of 40 countries.
Russ Olsen, CEO, said business at Stein Eriksen this season has been one of their best so far in terms of volume. Last year they opened a brand new ballroom, and it's the largest luxury ballroom in Park City. The 5,000 square foot room can be used for weddings, group meetings, corporate events and other special events.
Just like Park City, Stein Eriksen Lodge is a year-round destination. Of course it has some of the best skiing in Utah; however, in the summer you can mountain bike or hike right from the lodge, go horseback riding or golf. Since you're in Deer Valley, you'll find concerts going on all year from jazz to the Utah Symphony's Deer Valley Music Festival in July and August.
Stein Eriksen Lodge is only minutes from Park City Historic Main Street where you can shop and stroll the art galleries. Park City has some great restaurants. Stein Eriksen Lodge is known and, once again, recognized for the outstanding food and the culinary team they have on board. The property has a variety of restaurants open all year including Sunday brunch at the Glitretind, but what is really speaking Utah language is the Chocolate Program.
Spoil yourself and visit legendary Stein Eriksen Lodge. This way you can find out personally why they're the World's Best Ski Hotel.
