EASTON, Pa. (AP) — Dan Trist scored 29 points and Nick Lindner a career-high 26, including 10 in overtime, to lead Lafayette to an 84-74 victory over Bucknell on Wednesday night.

Trist also had 11 rebounds for his fourth double-double of the season while Seth Hinrichs had 10 boards for the Leopards (14-8, 6-5 Patriot).

J.C. Show scored 17 points, Chris Hass 13 and Nana Foulland and Cory Starkey 12 each for Bucknell.

Lindner scored on a drive to the hoop tie the game at 67-all with 15 seconds left in regulation and Hass missed a shot at the buzzer to send the game into overtime where the Leopards outscored the Bison 17-7.

The Leopards shot 63 percent in the second half to overcome a 38-23 halftime deficit.

The loss dropped Bucknell (12-12, 7-4) a half-game back of first-place Colgate, which plays at Holy Cross on Thursday.
