ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. (AP) — Jordan Price scored 24 points, including four 3-pointers, to lead La Salle to a 66-56 win over St. Bonaventure on Saturday night.
Cleon Roberts also had four 3-pointers and finished with 20 points and Jerrell Wright added 12 points for La Salle (12-9, 4-4 Atlantic-10), which battled back from an eight-point deficit in the first half to take a 29-27 advantage into the break and never trailed again.
Steve Zack was scoreless for the Explorers but hauled in 14 rebounds and dished out three assists.
St. Bonaventure (11-8, 4-4) opened with an 8-0 burst capped by a pair of free throws from Youssou Ndoye and held La Salle scoreless during first 4:29 of the game before Price sank a 3-pointer to end the drought.
Dion Wright paced the Bonnies with 21 points and Ndoye finished with 17 points.
The win stretched La Salle's series advantage over St. Bonaventure to 16-13.
