BRATTLEBORO, Vt. (AP) — The Vermont Arts Council is holding a series of community forums to discuss the future of arts education in the state.
Council Education Program Manager Ben Doyle tells the Brattleboro Reformer (http://bit.ly/1bI41RH) the forum comes from the recognition that there's no statewide leadership on the arts.
One forum is scheduled in Dummerston on Wednesday.
The forums are stemming from a meeting of state educators in September.
