SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Auto club AAA Utah is offering a free rides home and car towing to prevent drunk driving on New Year's Eve.
AAA's Tipsy Tow program is open to Utah residents even if they're not members of the auto club.
The service will be available from 6 p.m. on Dec. 31 to 6 a.m. on Jan. 1.
The offer is for any one-way trip of 10 miles or less.
Anyone who wants to take advantage of the program can call 800-222-4357.
Reservations for the tow service are not accepted.
