MACOMB, Ill. (AP) — Jabari Sandifer scored a career-high 16 points and Mohamed Conde notched his first career double-double with 12 points and a career-best 18 rebounds as Western Illinois closed out its nonconference schedule defeating Division III Anderson 74-62 on Tuesday night.

The Leathernecks (5-6) placed four in double figures and had another double-double — Jalen Chapman paring 15 points with 10 rebounds. J.C. Fuller also scored 15.

Anderson (3-7), playing its first Division I opponent in more than a year, was led by 16 points and four assists from Justin Jordan, a D I transfer (St. Louis and Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne). Max Mollaun added 13 points, Nathaniel Acree 11 with four steals, and Nathan Gross 10 points and 10 boards.

Western Illinois took the lead for good early in the first half and led by as many as 18, outscoring the Ravens 32-9 off the bench and 48-18 in the paint.
