SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) — Bonner County officials and the developers of an upscale, fly-in housing development are asking for a jury trial after mediation and arbitration failed.
The Bonner County Daily Bee reports (http://bit.ly/1B1DR5p) that county officials and officials with Silverwing at Sandpoint filed the joint request last week.
The trial would be held in U.S. District Court in Coeur d'Alene in April.
Silverwing officials sued the county in May 2012 contending they hadn't been treated fairly.
But last month a federal judge eliminated most of Silverwing's claims.
