WEST LONG BEACH, N.J. (AP) — Jalen Cannon scored 16 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, Brent Jones scored 16 and had four assists, and St. Francis (NY) beat Monmouth (NJ) 71-46 on Tuesday.

Tyreek Jewell scored 11 for the Terriers (5-7), who won the rebound battle 42-24 and converted 17 Monmouth fouls into 14 of 19 free throws.

Jones needs just 13 assists to become only the second Terrier in history to score 500 points and handout 500 assists.
