SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — The 43-year-old manager of a Pleasant Grove pizza parlor has been arrested for suspicion of sexually abusing a teenage, female employee.

Gabriel Alejandro Ruz of Midvale was booked into the Utah County Jail Friday for investigation of sexual battery and two counts of aggravated sex abuse of a child. KSL-TV reports (http://tinyurl.com/o88xl9w) an immigration hold also has been placed on the manager of Big Daddy's Pizza.

The investigation began Dec. 18 when a 17-year-old girl reported a sexual assault to a resource officer at Pleasant Grove High School.

She says Ruz grabbed her inappropriately multiple times and at once offered her $300 to have sex with him.

She also said after he gave her a Christmas bonus, he tried to put his hand up her shirt and undo her pants.
