YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) — Bobby Hain had 17 points and 17 rebounds to lead Youngstown State past Wilberforce 92-71 on Friday.

Hain achieved his sixth double-double of the season before the break as Youngstown State (8-6) built a 42-29 halftime lead. The Penguins led by no less than 11 in the second half.

Shawn Amiker scored 15 points, Shaun Stewart had 14 and Marcus Keene added 13. YSU shot 60 percent from the field in the second half.

Devontae Berry led Wilberforce with 14 points. Malik Breckenridge added 13, Keenan Smith had 12 and Patrick Mitchell scored 10. Berry and Smith each had eight rebounds.

The Bulldogs opened the game with the first five points, but the Penguins took the lead with a 9-0 run and never trailed.

Hain reached his career high in rebounds for the second straight game. He shot 7 for 14 and added four blocks.

Both teams had 49 rebounds.
