BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Justin Moss scored 16 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Buffalo to an 80-70 win over Drexel on Tuesday night.

Jarryn Skeete added 14, Rodell Wigginton and Xavier Ford had 12 apiece, and Lamonte Bearden 11 for Buffalo (6-2). The Bulls were just 2 of 9 from 3-point range in the first half but finished 6 of 18.

It was Moss' fourth consecutive double-double as Buffalo returned home for the first time since its season opener.

Damion Lee scored 24 points and had five rebounds and four assists for Drexel (2-7). Rashann London scored a career-high 17 and Tavon Allen had 10.

Drexel got within 49-47, but Buffalo's Skeete hit back-to-back 3-pointers, at the end of a 12-2 run, for a 61-49 lead midway through the second half. Wigginton's steal and dunk extended Buffalo's lead to 70-56 with 3:14 left.
