RICHMOND, Ky. (AP) — Rashawn Rembert scored 30 points and East Tennessee State sneaked past Eastern Kentucky 63-60 on Tuesday.

Rembert's layup with 7:37 left gave ETSU a comfortable 59-41 lead. But Eastern Kentucky then went on an 11-0 run — including a pair of 3-pointers by Denzel Richardson — to cut it to 59-52. After three free throws by ETSU's Lester Wilson, Eastern scored the next eight points to make it a two-point game with 1:39.

But Jaylen Babb-Harrison missed a 3-pointer on the next possession and the Colonels didn't get another shot off.

Rembert scored 21 of his 30 points in the first half as East Tennessee State (6-2) built a 33-26 advantage at the break. Wilson finished with 15 points. The Buccaneers were 15 of 34 from beyond the arc.

Eastern Kentucky (5-4) was led by Corey Walden and Eric Stutz with 13 apiece.
