BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) — California sophomore forward Courtney Range has a sprained left knee and is working to recover with the expectation she will play again this season.
Lindsay Gottlieb, coach of the No. 18 Golden Bears, made the announcement Thursday. The school said Range will be evaluated throughout the rehab process. Range was injured in Sunday's 62-39 loss at Kansas.
She had started Cal's first eight games, averaging 14.3 points and 8.1 rebounds.
