(KSL News) There was a nasty rollover accident on Wasatch Boulevard near 6200 South this evening. An extended cab pickup rolled at least five times and plowed through a fence.

Investigators say there are skid marks and debris for about 200 feet, but they still don't know what happened. They say the driver was lucky to have several health professionals give him aid.

Lt. Jason Johnson, with the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Department, said, "Wow, the odds to have a doctor, a physician, as well as a paramedic in that group, he was very fortunate."

The man is in critical condition.

Investigators are checking out reports that some sort of road rage or racing may have been going on before the crash.
