LAS VEGAS (AP) — Officials say a judge who was hit by a car in a crosswalk near the Clark County Regional Justice Center was not seriously hurt and plans to return to work on Monday.
Court spokeswoman Mary Ann Price says Judge Linda Bell was struck about 7:30 a.m. Friday on Clark Street while she walked to work. Price says Bell was taken to the hospital and released later in the day.
Price says the out-of-state driver was going the wrong way on a one-way street and was cited.
