(KSL News) A follow-up to that Midvale man beaten severely and found bloodied outside an apartment.
Police think he was beating his wife and the attack against him was retaliation.
Detectives say a relative saw the man hitting his wife inside their Midvale home. The relative started beating the man with a board.
Woody Dennison, 46, stumbled a few blocks from his home and was found outside an apartment in a pool of blood.
Turns out, Dennison was released from the hospital yesterday and booked into Salt Lake County Jail on domestic violence charges.
