NAMPA, Idaho (AP) — Two people received minor injuries in a small plane crash at the Nampa Municipal Airport in southwest Idaho.

Authorities say the light sport aircraft called a Kitfox slid off the runway while attempting a landing and ended up on its top at about 4:15 p.m. Sunday.

Nampa police say the two people were treated at the scene and not taken to a hospital. Their names haven't been released.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
