RENO, Nev. (AP) — Reno police have arrested a 48-year-old man accused of taking pornographic photos of a 16-year-old aspiring model.
Authorities say they were contacted in July by the girl, who told police she thought she may have been involved in a child pornography shoot.
Officers say the girl wanted to model and contacted a photographer online to take her photos. She told authorities she met him at an apartment, where erotic photos were taken.
She says she met again the next day with the photographer, who provided her with alcohol and marijuana and told her to perform sex acts in front of the camera.
She called police the next day.
Detectives say they found photos in the photographer's possession that matched up with the girl's story.
He was arrested on Wednesday.
