KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — The Kansas City Chiefs are missing Pro Bowl safety Eric Berry and the New England Patriots are without cornerback Alfonzo Dennard for their game Monday night at Arrowhead Stadium.
Berry missed his second consecutive game with a high ankle sprain. Dennard, who has a shoulder injury, had been listed as probable on the Patriots' final injury report.
All other starters were active, including Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles, who missed last week's game in Miami with a sprained ankle.
The Patriots opted to go with Brandon LaFell and Matthew Slater at wide receiver over Aaron Dobson and Kenbrell Thompkins. They have been shuffling around at the position all season.
Chiefs wide receiver De'Anthony Thomas is still out with a hamstring injury. The rookie has made progress in recent weeks but has yet to make his NFL debut.
