SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) — Octavius Harden ran for two touchdowns and Jaleel Green returned an interception 40 yards for a score Saturday and Wofford beat Division II Virginia-Wise 49-15.
Harden gained 80 yards on four carries, including a 44-yard TD run on the Terriers' first possession and a 4-yard run that gave Wofford (2-2) a 28-0 lead.
Evan Jacks hit Bryce Motes on a 34-yard TD pass on Wofford's second drive, then Green picked off a pass from Ty Ryans.
Ryans threw a 9-yard TD pass to James Cousins and Carlton Griffith ran in the two-point conversion. Then Javonte Latney scored on a 5-yard run early in the third quarter.
But it was all Terriers after that, with Lorenzo Long scoring on a 2-yard run, Nick Colvin on a 7-yard run and Michael Weimer on a 6-yard run.
Wofford had 414 yards of total offense to 307 for the Cavaliers, including 28 yards rushing.
