SCORE: Europe leads 10-6.
SUNDAY: Europe needs 4 points from 12 singles matches to retain Ryder Cup, 4 ½ points to win outright.
FOURBALLS: For the second straight day, the U.S. won the fourballs 2 ½-1 ½.
FOURSOMES: For the second straight day, Europe won the foursomes 3 ½- ½.
SHOT OF THE DAY: Ian Poulter's chip-in from off the green on No. 15, a momentum boost in his fourballs victory with Rory McIlroy over Rickie Fowler and Jimmy Walker.
MATCH OF THE DAY: Justin Rose and Henrik Stenson made 12 birdies — including 10 straight — in their 3-and-2 fourballs win over Bubba Watson and Matt Kuchar. The Americans had 9 birdies.
CURIOUS DECISION: U.S. captain Tom Watson made Webb Simpson one of his three wild-card picks, but has played him only once.
