JENNINGS, La. (AP) — The Jefferson Davis Parish School Board is launching a redesigned website that officials say should be easier to use.
Superintendent Brian Lejeune tells The American Press (http://tinyurl.com/q939w65) the site has a more professional appearance.
Lejeune says the site has been in redevelopment for about three months. It will include school photos, news and announcements, upcoming events, lunch menus, school calendars and policies.
Contact information for School Board members will also be provided.
The address is www. jeffersondavis.org.?
The School Board is also working to develop a Twitter account to help keep parents and school system employees informed.
