QUEBEC CITY (AP) — Brandon Prust scored on a breakaway with 5:29 left in the third period to help the Montreal Canadiens beat the Colorado Avalanche 3-2 in an exhibition game Friday night.
Jiri Sekac and Sven Andrighetto also scored for Montreal (3-0-0), a 3-2 overtime winner over Colorado on Thursday night in Montreal. Erik Johnson and Ryan O'Reilly scored for Colorado (0-3-1).
The Avalanche left Quebec for Colorado in 1995.
