WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama says the U.S. and its partners will "do what's necessary" to take the fight to the Islamic State group. Acting alone, U.S. planes also targeted al-Qaida veterans known as the Khorasan Group, based in northwestern Syria.
WASHINGTON (AP) — Anti-terror officials say airstrikes in Syria in the past 24 hours may have temporarily disrupted attack planning against U.S. or Western targets.
