CALDWELL, Idaho (AP) — A judge has dismissed a lawsuit over the way Canyon County handles planning for agricultural land. The Idaho Press-Tribune reports the judge found the Coalition for Agriculture's Future failed to show that they suffered injury from the county's actions. The judge also said the group didn't have the standing to sue the county.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Emergency responders rescued a 54-year-old man who fell nearly 70 feet at a steep overlook in southwest Idaho. Officials say the man tripped on Saturday evening while walking on top of the wall that lines the Dedication Point overlook just south of Kuna. The unidentified man was hospitalized in Boise in stable condition.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The state of Idaho is getting nearly $350,000 in grants to help small businesses sell their products around the world. The Idaho Department of Commerce says the money will go toward a trade mission to Latin America, an industry-specific trade show targeting new export companies, and increasing the number of small businesses that are exporting.

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is expanding a program that helps emergency room patients who don't speak English. The Times-News reports that the hospital has expanded its remote translation service in Ketchum and Twin Falls. The service is also available to patients in Jerome. Translators are available for over 200 languages.
