NEW YORK (AP) — Yankees outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury has left the game because of a strained right hamstring.
Ellsbury seemed to hurt himself beating out a double-play relay in the fourth inning Friday night against Toronto. He stayed in for the rest of the inning and left in the top of the fifth.
The Yankees said Ellsbury will undergo an MRI.
Ellsbury had homered and doubled earlier.
