DENVER (AP) — Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Hanley Ramirez was a late scratch from the lineup Tuesday night because of a strained right elbow.

Justin Turner took Ramirez's place at shortstop against the Colorado Rockies.

Ramirez missed time last month due to a strained right oblique. He's hitting .278 with 13 homers and 69 RBIs this season.

The Dodgers are 63-45 when Ramirez starts at shortstop — 4-2 with Turner plays the position.
