(KSL News) Police in Lexington have arrested a man in connection with the hit-and-run of a Park City teen attending the University of Kentucky.
Connie Blount, 18, was hit and killed early on April 13. A pickup hit her as she was walking across a street and kept going.
Today, Shannon Houser, 36, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and tampering with physical evidence.
