NEW YORK (AP) — Two years after Superstorm Sandy, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has identified about 4,500 disaster aid recipients it suspects got more money than program rules allowed. About 850 households have been asked to give money back so far. Here are the communities with the most households under review as of July 30.
