MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (AP) — A Wesleyan University student has been injured after falling from a third-story window at a fraternity house.

Middletown police said they were called to the fraternity house at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday on the report of a victim who fell from the window.

Police say it does not appear that foul play was involved, though it will not be confirmed until the investigation is completed.

Police did not release the identity of the student who was taken to a Hartford hospital.

The Middletown Press reports (http://bit.ly/ZdCbss ) that a Wesleyan University representative said the school is monitoring the student's condition and that staff and counselors are available to students.
