LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities have identified a 25-year-old man who was stabbed to death over the weekend in Las Vegas.
Clark County coroner's officials say Las Vegas resident Nigel Hewitt died of multiple stab wounds after a confrontation Sunday evening on East Karen Avenue.
Police say three people were walking in the neighborhood when they encountered Hewitt and the four started arguing. Hewitt and the suspect were in a physical fight when the suspect pulled a knife and started stabbing him.
The group of three immediately fled the area.
Police are looking for a bald Hispanic male who appeared to be 20-22 years old, a Hispanic male with spiky hair who was about the same age, and a young Hispanic woman with long black hair and a tattoo below her eye.
