TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Students at Indiana State University have started moving into the school's first new residence hall in more than 40 years, a $25 million building named Reeve Hall.

The Tribune-Star reports (http://bit.ly/1pjGcVJ ) the hall contains 360 beds and 128,256 square feet of space. It consists of two buildings, each separated into four units for small-group housing. The town-house style housing is four stories high and centrally located on campus.

It also will house eight sororities.

ISU President Dan Bradley said the university is trying to increase participation in fraternities and sororities and said the new building should help.
