FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — The police chief in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson says he won't be pressured into publicly identifying the white officer who fatally shot an unarmed black teenager Saturday. MIAMI (AP) — Justin Bieber has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor careless driving and resisting arrest charges in Florida. Seven months ago he was arrested in Miami Beach following what police initially called an illegal street drag race. The pop star's plea deal includes an anger management course, a charitable contribution and court fines. It allows him to avoid a driving under the influence conviction.
