SALT LAKE CITY — Rep. Chris Stewart, R-Utah, is weighing in on the turmoil in Iraq as saying not only is it obvious the U.S. needs to take action, he describes the militant group ISIS as "evil incarnate."
Stewart says his heart goes out to the Utah families frustrated by renewed violence in Iraq, which he sees as preventable. He points to the decision not to beef up U.S. forces in Iraq a few years ago as a critical moment in preventing the current crisis.
