CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept delivery was 5.50 cents lower at $5.2450 a bushel; Sept corn was 3.75 cents lower at 3.6025 a bushel; Dec oats were 1 cent lower at $3.24 a bushel; while Nov soybeans were 13.75 cents lower at $10.5775 a bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
August live cattle rose 3 cents to $1.5595 a pound; August feeder cattle was 3 cents higher at $2.1602 a pound; while August lean hogs gained 2.47 cents to $1.2757 a pound.
