CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept delivery was 12.75 cents higher at $5.5075 a bushel; Sept corn was 1.25 cents higher at 3.795 a bushel; Dec oats were 2.5 cents lower at $3.3225 a bushel; while Nov soybeans were 8 cents lower at $10.94 a bushel.
Beef gained while pork fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
August live cattle rose 2.98 cents to $1.5065 a pound; August feeder cattle was 1.78 cents higher at $2.1160 a pound; while August lean hogs fell 1.67 cents to $1.2885 a pound.
