LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police are searching for leads in the shooting death of a 32-year-old man in Las Vegas. Police say Tyshon Bowman of Las Vegas was involved in an argument at an apartment complex on Wednesday and was chased into the street where he was shot and killed.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas family and marriage counselor has been indicted on charges stemming from an alleged attempt to solicit a girl for sex. Forty-five year old Ian Pincombe is accused of sending sexually explicit emails and text messages to an undercover Henderson police detective who posed as a 13-year-old girl answering a Craigslist ad.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas woman has pleaded guilty to her role in the 1998 slaying of two skinhead group members who advocated racial tolerance. Melissa Hack pleaded guilty to a felony count of conspiracy to murder on Friday in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas. The 39-year-old Hack, her brother Ross Hack and Leland Jones were identified as white supremacists when they were indicted in 2012 in the slayings of Daniel Shersty and Lin Newborn.

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval is so favored to win re-election that the focus in the June primary has switched to the race for an office that doesn't usually get much attention. State Sen. Mark Hutchison and former state Sen. Sue Lowden are battling for the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor. Sandoval has been mentioned as a possible candidate for the U.S. Senate or even for vice president in 2016.
